It is our mission to restore the children of Charlotte's inner-city to the plan that God has for their lives, through Jesus Christ, by ministering to their physical, social, and spiritual needs.

We provide support and leadership to urban-focused youth ministries and leaders, while equipping these ministries to work effectively in urban setting.


It is our vision to see Charlotte's urban families strengthened and restored to rebuild their homes and communities.



The Urban Restoration provides an array of evangelistic, educational, athletic, counseling, and social services to more than 20,000 people each year. We are a collaboration of twelve ministries devoted to serving Charlotte's poorest citizens.



Get Involved

On Saturday, August 14 In partnership with Urban Restoration, the Stratford Richardson and Gateway Village YMCAs  helped local children in need P.L.A.Y. by giving away 2,000 book gags filled with school supplies.
